Faville Photo reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders that have been placed for items listed at an incorrect price, or items which may contain any other incorrect information or typographical errors. We always strive to keep our website up to date, and all the information present as accurate as possible. Our goal is to offer all of our customers a pleasant shopping experience with our company, and we apologize in advance, if an issue ever arises which requires us to alter, refuse, or cancel an order due to an unexpected error in price or information.
The articles, opinions, and information present on this website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and, at times, may not be complete or current. This is never our intention, but we acknowledge the possibility that these occurances do happen. Therefore, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including any prices, or detailed information that affects an order that has already been submitted).
Your Credit Card or PayPal account will ever only be charged the amount shown at check out when you complete your order submission. In the case of custom orders, or orders that require our assistance or approval, we will send you a confirmation of your order total, either via e-mail, or a telephone call, so that you are always aware of what you are being billed. The charge will be shown as Faville Photo on your credit card statement or PayPal account.
For smaller photo prints which can be rolled, or packaged in small boxes or mailing envelopes, we use the United States Postal Service (USPS) via Priority Mail. Priority Mail allows us to include a tracking link with all pertinent tracking information on your package, so that you can keep an eye on it's location throughout the shipping process. Every item shipped with the USPS is carefully packaged by us to minimize the risk of any damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the package, illustrating the damaged areas prior to opening. Please also photograph the prints after opening, and retain all packaging materials. We will use these photos to determine the proper course of action that needs to be taken to replace your damaged products.
USPS Priority Mail service typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery. Please wait a minimum of 4 days after you receive the confirmation of shipping before contacting us to inquire about the status of your package. If your package doesn't arrive by the fourth day, please be sure to check the tracking information sent to you when your package was shipped before contacting us. If you still can not locate your package, or you are having trouble with the USPS, please feel free to Contact Us and we will assist you in locating your missing package.
For larger canvas prints, which can not be rolled, or easily packaged by us, we take to the United Parcel Service (UPS) for shipment. We have a contact at a local UPS store that handles all packaging and shipping of larger items for our company. The prints are packaged professionally by UPS to ensure their safety during transit, and most importantly to ensure that if there is any damage incurred during transit, your print is fully insured and will be replaced by us at no extra charge. If your package arrives damaged, your first option is to inform your carrier that you wish to refuse the delivery because it is damaged. If you choose to accept the delivery, please photograph the outside of the package before opening. Upon opening your package, please retain all packing materials, and photograph any damage to the print. We will use these photographs to process the insurance claim and create and ship you a new print at no additional charge.
UPS Ground takes 5-7 business days for delivery. Please wait a minimum of 8 days after you receive the confirmation of shipping before contacting us to inquire about the status of your package. If your package hasn't arrived by the eighth day, please refer to the tracking information that was sent you before contacting us. If you still are unable to locate your package, or you are having trouble dealing with UPS, please feel free to Contact Us and we will assist you in locating your missing package.
Faville Photo strives for 100% customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your print order, we will gladly accept a return for a refund (less any Shipping & Handling fees). The maximum refund available per order is $300.00.
All returns must be initiated within 7 days of the date that you receive your print and should be returned in the same condition it was received. We recommended that you insure your return package as we are not responsible for any damage that is incurred during the return transit. If a returned print is received in worse condition than when it was delivered to you, we will be unable to award a refund of the print price. As a result, care should be taken in packaging any items for return. You must pay for the return shipping charges, and you will not be refunded for the initial shipping charge.
Faville Photo is not liable for ANY copyright violations perpetrated by our customers. It is your responsibility to determine whether you are legally permitted to reproduce any artwork, or create any prints from any digital images that you choose to upload to Faville Photo. You, the customer, certify that you own the copyright for all images that you upload to our server and order prints from. If you do not own the copyright to any images that you intend to print, then you should have signed authorization by the owner of the photo that you intend to use for print production, and, must be able to present said documention upon request, if we deem it necessary.
Any images in our photo galleries are the exclusive property of Faville Photo, or of artists that have given Faville Photo authorization for use. These images may NOT be downloaded from our website, reproduced, or published without the written permission from Faville Photo, or from the legal owner of the photo. Any use of a photo in our image galleries without our consent will be considered copyright infringement and may be subject to legal action.
