When we first started this business, we knew from the beginning that we wanted to be different than the big chain shops. You know, the types of places with employees that have no clue what they're talking about, and the recorded messages, unfriendly and unhelpful calling centers, cookie-cutter e-mail responses, and complete automation that makes you feel helpless when you need help the most. We strive to be the exact opposite of that.

Here at Faville Photo, we (the owners) personally answer the phone 14 hours a day, 7 days a week, and return e-mails within hours (sometimes even minutes). We try to make ourselves available to our customers whenever they need us. We are very knowledgable about our business, and we are happy to share our experience, advice, and recommendations whenever they are warranted.
