"I really wanted to get something very special for my fiancé for her birthday in December. I knew she liked the Thomas Kinkade painting of Snow White discovers the cottage. The actual painting runs in the 2,000 to 3,000 dollar price range. Since that was a little steep I decided to order a print. After I found the print I started looking for a frame expert to put this together. Craigslist is where I started and didn’t have to go any further. I saw an ad for Faville photo and sent a quick email as to what I wanted. John replied rather quickly and we started going over the details. At this point I knew they were going to do my print. Every single detail was discussed and made me feel extremely comfortable. They worked very hard to keep me in my price budget yet making sure the product was going to look astonishing. I met them at their house and went through all the colors and the frame. It was very relaxed and didn’t feel uncomfortable one bit. A week or so later John called me and informed me that it was done. When I got there I was almost in tears. It was truly amazing! The colors of the mats and frame were absolutely perfect! It really looked like the real thing and I could not believe it! After being so excited about the quality of work that had been done I tried to get the print into my car. Well it didn’t fit. What did John and Jessica do? They put into their car and followed me to my friend’s house and dropped it off so I would have it in time! I couldn’t believe it! Talk about going above and beyond! They didn’t have to but yet they did! I was so thrilled about the experience I had with Faville photo. My fiancé was in tears when I gave it to her! Her favorite part was the frame that John and Jessica picked out. It matched perfectly! I cannot express my thanks to them for everything they did for me! You really do not have to look any further than this outstanding business for all your framing needs! The love and care they put into their work will without a doubt last a lifetime!
